KELSEY STEINHORST

DIRECTOR/PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Kelsey graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with her doctorate in Physical Therapy. She began working with Active Edge right out of school and is now the Clinic Director at the Oregon City location. She has experience in athletics and fitness activities of all varieties, playing tennis at the collegiate level. Her goal as a therapist is to help her patients achieve their highest level of success and function, and she believes that everyone should have the opportunity to lead a pain-free, active lifestyle. Kelsey enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic injuries, and has also taken additional training in the treatment of vestibular disorders and chronic pain diagnoses. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys playing tennis, traveling and exploring the outdoors with her family.

ANNA WILSON

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Anna graduated from Pacific University, Oregon with a BS in Exercise Science and minor in Spanish. She also attended Pacific University to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She enjoys treating people of all ages, but has a special interest in the older adult population and associated disorders. She strives to help people reach their individual goals by providing patient-centered care, evidence-based practice, and education on healthy living. In her spare time, Anna enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and exploring local parks with her husband, daughter, and pup!

NOAH LEVINE

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Noah graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. He has 6 years of clinical experience in his field with additional background in sports performance, working with a range of individuals including youth,  professional athletes, and senior recreational athletes.
Noah is a DNS Certified Trainer and implements his knowledge of DNS into a full-body holistic approach to improve the function and quality of life for his patients. Noah uses a variety of hands-on manual techniques, including Stecco Fascial Manipulation, to help improve function and decrease pain for his patients. Noah’s view of physical therapy is centered around improving the quality of movement to both rehabilitate injuries and prevent injuries from happening in the first place.

JOE OELFKE

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Joe completed both his undergraduate and graduate studies at Pacific University, earning his B.S. in Exercise Science: Integrative Physiology in 2012 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. He also completed the McKenzie Institute Orthopaedic Residency Program in 2018 and earned his Board Certification in Orthopedics. In addition to clinical care, Joe is full-time faculty in the Physical Therapy program at Pacific University, where he functions as the Associate Director of Clinical Education and teaches in the human anatomy, orthopedics, and radiology coursework. Outside of work, Joe enjoys all things outdoors and spends his time skiing and mountaineering in the winter and stand up paddle boarding and hiking in the summer. He also has a strong passion for landscape photography and soccer.
