CHASE KROHN
PERSONAL TRAINER
I love to “train for sport.” No matter what your goals are, whether you are competing, doing it for fun or just trying to move to get the blood pumping, training the body for the specific things you are trying to accomplish is my favorite thing. I want to help others regain or discover the inner confidence that they hold inside. Not everyone’s body is designed the same, nor do we all go through the same wellness journey. Everyone is different and training should be approached that way, catered to the individual.
Motivational coaching is my favorite way to help clients and members get through their sessions. Not everyone wants to be working out, but everyone can benefit from it, so let’s make it as fun as possible and through that, let us create lifestyle changes, not just temporary fixes. My interests are drawing; painting; Dungeons and Dragons; reading (Sci-Fi/Fantasy); comics; cooking; and Pokemon collecting. I was born in Port Charlette, Florida and graduated from University of Idaho with a B.S. in Exercise Science and Health. I played Football and Soccer.
